*SUMMER FUN OF '05*

We left Bridgewater @ 5:00am on Friday, August 12/05, headed for the highway. Made it to the Ferry in Carribou by 8:00am & watched Family Guy until we boarded. What a rush just to get out of Nova Scotia. We boarded the Ferry & talked anxiously about what things would be like when we arrived.but of course we already knew it would be a blast...on our own, out of the province! We arrived @ UPEI by noon, unpacked & went for a stroll around campus, then we went for a drive & low & behold...the exhibiton was there! What did we do? We went in of course! Took a walk around "Look it's Dorothy & Jessica from Bridgewater" everywhere we turned...everyone knew us. LoL. We walk down the next aisle & I stop dead in my tracks & listened..."Jessica...why do I hear Terry? He's supposed to be back in Bathurst..." Then, I see him jump out of his game booth & run up towards me, picks me up & says "I'm SO happy to see u...didn't expect me to be here did u?" Well...I DIDN'T expect him to be there so I kind of chuckled. Then he asks me to go for a walk with him to get coffee, so I did & he reached for my hand & we walked to go get coffee!...As we walked he said "Wow, I've never done this before." I asked "What?" He said "I've never reached for another girls hand before..this is serious. You know...if you play your cards right, maybe I'll stick around & we can have a real relationship...I can picture me getting married to you." WOW. Scary. Especially since when he was in Bridgewater, we fought every other day...litterally.

Jessica & I walked around all day, exploring the wonderful scenery of PEI. We drove by a parking lot & saw white blobs, I couldn't really make out what it was, Jessica yells "SNEAKERS!!!" man...that was a lot of sneakers in 1 place. Can people really be that dumb to lose approximately 10 pairs of shoes? Well...NO...why? Because they weren't sneakers...they were SEAGULLS! ahaha. Fuckin awesome. Things were going great. @ the end of the night, me, Terry, Jess & Mike went back to our dorm room, had a little to drink, talked & passed out. The next morning, Mike grabbed his shirt & something was on it. He says "ugh...who kifed on my shirt? that's fuckin sick" me & Jess look @ eachother & say "someone did WHAT on your shirt?" & he says "you've never heard of that? Kife?" Well...no...apparently it's like a snot ball or somethin gross. AHAHAHA. I almost died of laughter. I drove the guys back around 9, then came back & slept for a while longer. Jess & I went to the movies & watched Deuce Bigalo, European Gigalow...ahaha. Then we went shopping & went back to the EX. It was Terry's birthday so they had all been making plans for the night. They wanted Jess & I to go with them to the bar "Velvet Underground" or as I put it "Velvet Underware" Well...it was chancy, considering we were both underage. So we said that we'd give it a try but if we can't get in, we'd just go back to the dorm & if they want, they could come back over after the bar closed. @ 12, when they were shutting down, we were talking to Mike & he said he couldn't go to the bar because he didn't bring his ID when he came down from Ontario, plus he didn't want to go to the bar sober. SO we had decided that we'd go back to the dorm, drink & then get a cab down to the bar & meet up with the rest of the guys. Well...that didn't go over too well with Terry...I had to PROMISE him that I'd be there. So I did but I told him if I couldn't get in, I'd wait outside for him. So me, Jess & Mike came back to the dorm. We got back around 12:00, started drinking, called a cab & told them to be outside @ 1:30am. WELL...we waited, & waited & waited. NO CAB, so we left. By the time we got to the bar, it was 2:15am, the bar was soon going to close & Mike went in first, he got ID'd so we gave up. I waited outside for Terry & got impatient so Mike asked another girl there if she'd seen him, she said "yeah he's inside making out with some chick" I was PISSED...not because he was making out with someone but because I waited there all that time & he KNEW I would wait. So I flipped & went back to the dorm. I was so friggin hot so I went up to the 3rd floor & there were a couple guys sitting in the lounge, tippin back a few & asked if I wanted to join them. I sat down for a little bit but I started passing out so I went back to my room. Jess & Mike came back around 5 I think & she came over to my bed & flung the covers off me & said "Dorothy...tomorrow when we go to the EX...do NOT even talk to Terry, no matter what." I asked her why & she said "Because, me & Mike waited outside for a little after u left & Terry came out with a huuuuge bitch & she had the ugliest hair. Seriously...do not talk to him. She was GROSS. If he wants to go home with her...let him. He'll never find better than u" Well, that was JUST what I did. The next day, we had to move to a hotel for our last night (The Islander) because when we booked, the dorm was booked on the last night of our stay. when we went back, I ignored him as much as I could. He finally came up to me & asked how I had the nerve to be mad @ him! ME! How I had the nerve... Well, I told him that he would be mad too if I was inside a bar, making out with some random guy while he was outside waiting for me to come out! All he could say was "I didn't know u were waiting outside!" Well hunny...I told u I would be so don't feed me that bullshit. Then he says "It was my birthday & I was horny! I haven't gotten any from u, so I had to get it somewhere!" HAH...please. What an excuse. You aren't putting out so I'll find it elsewhere!...Classic. All I could do for a response to that was- a disgusted "*scoff*" & walked away. Jess & I were trying to figure out plans for our last night. We wanted to have a hotel party so we invited Mike, Paul & John. @ the end of the night, we went over to the bunks & said goodbye to everyone since we were going to be leaving early in the morning. I had to go over to Bobby's bunk because he borrowed my Family Guy dvds so I had to get those back & met up with Terry on the way. He apologized for everything & said "I wish things would have ended differently but, what can u do?..." He gave me a hug & then I got my dvds & we left. The guys came over & got LOADED. It was a pretty good night. Around 6am, we drove them all back to the grounds & then came back to the hotel, packed & headed for home. Jess & I talked about everything that happened for the ferry ride back. I didn't want to go home. Aside from all the drama, it was a GREAT trip. I would do it again in a flash. ~Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened~ & that's just what I did. *xOx Dorothy xOx*
